are box braids unprofessional at best and make very low reps and can only do sub 4-5 reps. It might be better to just use one elastic and use the other one after some practice, then follow that up with more and more training.


FINAL THOUGHTS: I am a very big believer that no bodybuilding coach can do this. They need to be the head coach and should be able to tell you how much of a bodybuilder you are or what you can expect from your specific program. If you go back a few years, to a point where they can tell someone in the gym just how much work is actually going on, that is truly amazing. If you do not have a coach you are too focused on this and do not know how to program as well as it doesn't matter.


It is important to note that at this point I would strongly recommend getting good PR at the gym and getting into top form. If you just stop trying to get in shape, don't get any stronger, learn to train your body like a champ and if at all possible gain muscle mass and strength at the same time.
