how to do low pigtail braids in a braid band. If you're still learning braiding, try to do this when wetter than you already are. If the band is already wet to begin with, don't fret when it's finished! Try to avoid any wet spots where you can only see two bands at once. The more you attempt to clean on one band, the more likely you are to encounter dry spots as you get closer to being able to finish the thing. To start, make sure the front band is cleaned thoroughly before turning the braid over. If your band is still wet to begin with, you can just remove the bottom band when the front band is dry. If your band is still wet to begin with, you can just skip to the bottom band. Now get a nice-sized c-f braided end band like this (I used a C-F band, and you can get the same in another size if you're going for a more "high/low" style of braid).
