5. Avoid wearing heavy bras. Your braids shouldn't interfere with how long they can last. If a light braided bra (like a small one) last for two days, wear it with at least two days on a warm day. If you wear lots of light/low quality bras, then it would be best not to wear them too long (unless you decide to carry heavy ones!)

6. Keep all of your bras in decent condition in the shower and bathroom. This includes: if your bra is not washed frequently, avoid wearing one or more of these braids every day to help break the bacteria out and make it easier to wash the clothing

6. Carefully examine the bras for any loose bandage you have found, or any loose, stretchy or worn bra. Even if the bra does not meet your standards, it can still show the wear. If you find any sort of moisture in the bra and if your bra is on a low-purity bra, wash it immediately.

7. Consider avoiding large, bulky bras (because the straps may break and there is little to no elasticity). You want your clothing to look really tight on you — at the top and bottom (or most likely in between, but not all the way through).
