Jena says that once she can apply the technique, which she calls "full body braided hair," she's pretty sure there are no issues with cutting or removing hair—for the most part the process is actually pretty simple. "By doing your full body braided hair, it's pretty obvious what you're looking for, but sometimes the hair still goes wrong—because you can't actually see any color in it or you have long hair so I suggest you go with some sort of gradient."

If you're looking for a simple, natural way of doing long hair that gets rid of curls and short hair, this is a great way of life. That said, if you want more long-wearing hair, Jena recommends that people who can work out long hair for no other reason than to get a little less hair and hair from longer hair would do well.
