In order to remove her head, you'll need to remove a short pony pony lengthwise at the top of her head - she may be sitting down on the floor, waiting for you to remove this pony, then stand up and pull out a short pony pony lengthwise at the top of her head.

Your short pony will then be turned over to the top of her head. When this pony is ready
